HertsPrems At Folkstock

HertsPrems we’ve got lots coming up over the next few months. We have parents joining our team If anyone would like to be a part of expanding support group for premature babies please email us Or join us on Facebook HertsPrems We have now raised an outstanding £9,532.00 To continuing the incredible work that the hospitals, doctors and nurses provide for our children donate please kindly keep the donations coming.

For more information about our next event please read: “We jumped at the opportunity of a free community stall at the new Folkstock Festival on 21/09/2013 Aldenham Country Park, Eltrsee from 11:00 and we were so pleased to have been one of the lucky ones.

Having the stall will help us keep the awareness of the reality of the prevalence of premature labour alive…as well as acknowledging the good work of our local NICU/SCBU without which we would not have our miracle babies.

HertsPrems welcomes everyone who would like to support the cause – we provide the hand to hold, a pair of helping hands and a shoulder to lean on for many parents and families of Premature babies across the three counties, Beds, Bucks and Herts. Being a part of Folkstock is important to us because the organisers are trying to integrate the local community into the festival.

In addition to that there’s the charity fundraising ethos and the family friendly atmosphere which will complement the inclusive community which our volunteers tell us they love feeling a part of at HertsPrems.

HertsPrems has a facebook and twitter page “I was delighted at the charities and local interest organisations who have come forward- they fit really well with our aims to be an inclusive community event. I am so excited about the selection of activities we have laid on for everyone.” Helen Meissner, Festival Director.
